Free for your first month. After that you pay only 1% of jobs paid through your store, never more than RM 300 a month. Fixed monthly plans for small sellers are coming.

You pay RM 200 that month (1.0% of your sales)
- 1% of each job's total, counted once, when the buyer makes the first payment (deposit or full). Paying the balance later adds nothing.
- Never more than RM 300 a month. Once your paid jobs pass RM 30,000 in a month, everything else that month is free.
- No paid jobs, no fee. No subscription, no contract, no setup fee. Your first month is free.
- Your buyers pay you, straight into your own account. We send one bill at the start of the next month.
- Jobs you record as paid in cash or by transfer count too. Old jobs you import from before you joined are free.
- Your payment gateway charges its own small fee per payment; that is separate and goes to them, not us. DuitNow QR with a receipt has no gateway fee.
Questions
Do I need SSM?
No. You can start without SSM. If you have it, it shows on your invoices.
Where does the money go?
Straight into your own payment gateway or bank account. JomSupport never holds your money.
Do my customers need to download an app?
No. They open your link on their phone. They log in with a code sent to their email, no password.
Can I use it on my phone?
Yes. Everything works on a phone, including managing orders and products.
Is my customers' data safe?
Each store sees only its own data, enforced by the database itself. Not even JomSupport staff can open your customers' details through the system.
